The Social and Environmental Concerns Committee of the Unitarian Church of Montreal invites you to a talk by transportation expert Richard Bergeron. This non-partisan event will give attendees the opportunity to learn how other countries have responded to the challenges of sustainable transportation, and how we in Montreal can learn from their initiatives.

Whether one is talking about climate change, air quality, urban renewal or economic and social development, transportatioin is a key consideration.

These days, we are all aware that we need an inspired plan to keep Montreal beautiful, vibrant and sustainable, making alternative modes of transportation a hot topic.

What are the trends? Can the successes of others be an example for Montreal? Richard Bergeron will propose several lines of action to help Montrealers implement sustainable transportation and enhance our quality of life.
