1:00 pm Gentle Yoga Class (Bilingual) - Come attune to the rythms of your body and breath! The class will be gentle and open to all levels.

2:00 pm Meditation (English) - An opportunity for people from various paths and philosophical backgrounds to gather in stillness and positive intention. Short guidance in meditation provided. Tea and sharing to follow. Bring a song, prayer, poem to share if inspired.

4:00 pm Workshop: Starting a Green Business - Developing your product- Putting green products on the market is an adventure in itself. Going from the initial idea (the best ever, of course) to the store shelf or the consumer house, is full of surprises, downs and highs and also, trade offs. Jean Martial Bonis is the founder of Alter Eco, a small company dedicated to developing ecological products and games. He will share with us his experience in products design and development.

6:00 pm Vegetarian Dinner - A delicious feast conducive to happy bellies and sustainable / humane agriculture. Prepared by our volunteers, this colorful and nutritious meal will be made from mostly local and organic ingredients. Vegan option available.

7:00 pm Evening Entertainment - Spiritual Music From Around The World - More details to come!

My kids and I love to make candles at home. We have learned how to make all kinds of candles. I am glad to see beeswax candles and soy candles becoming more popular. Beth
