SATURDAY JUNE 21ST, AT LAFONTAINE PARK
Close to the Felix Leclerc statue.

Slow Down Day 2007Slow Down Day 2007Since 2001, the fellow-ship of the slow moos of America organizes the International Slowdown Day. This year, June 21st falls on a Saturday and will therefore be even slower! Come and live the present moment by listening to the trees, the wind and the birds singing, as suggests Eckhart Tolle in his book "Live the Present Moment".

A whole day dedicated to watching the grass grow, saying hello, painting, meditation, doing Chi-Kong, yoga, receiving massages, singing, slow dancing, watching the "slow show" given by a professional band and other slow activities. Everything is opened to everybody, and is free. Time is not money because it can't be accumulated.

*Don't miss the live presentation of the melting ice television—watching TV will never be the same.

Yours truly, Clémence Boucher, Patric Hani, Bernard Dubreuil and François Yo Gourd.
