Eco Event: Earth Day at the Biosphere - Green light for eco technologies and eco housing (April 19 & 20)

Eco Event discovered by "La Maison Verte"

To celebrate Earth Day, Environment Canada's Biosphère invites consumers to two lectures, delivered by guest speakers well-known in the environmental field, and a guided tour featuring green technologies, designed to inform them about eco-friendly solutions in housing and help them make more ecologically-sound choices.

Representatives of the Meteorological Service of Canada and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation will also be on hand with information on the relationship between climate and ecotechnologies (solar, wind, geothermal and hydro-electric) and different aspects of ecological construction and a healthy home.
