Do you want to hone your skills as a social justice activist?
Want to learn to organize more effectively?
Then join the rad school!

This initiative is a school by and for community organizers. It's a place for those of us involved in social justice activism to share skills and think critically about our practice; it's a place for movements to cross-pollinate. It's a forum for building analysis sharing organizing skills and reflecting on what it takes to sign up for the struggle learning from each other, and being there for the long haul.

Analysis: How can we deepen our analysis by building off the history and traditions of social movements that have gone before us? How can we apply those lessons in our activities?

Campaign Skills: Learn, and/or pass on campaign and organizing skills - from writing a press release, to doing research, and much more.

Survival strategies: How can we support each other to avoid burn out, and balance activism with family and work? How do we negotiate group dynamics and tensions?

Workshops are free, bilingual and open to anyone working for social justice.
